I ease out of my day dream, sit up, take a deep breath and get ready to school these ‘barber shop haters’. Then I check myself, kick back and think fuck it, they ain’t gonna change their minds until they’ve seen what I’ve seen!
Truth is aesthetics have been the least of Nathan’s dramas over the last 18 months and certainly the easiest to fix. What he (or his management) can’t fix though is the mess J-Did (records) and their distributors made of the release of his excellent debut single ‘Come Into My Room’! The song was set for cross-over chart status, radio stations up & down the country blasted it, pirate radio embraced it and the girls loved it so much they had it programmed as a ring-tone on their mobile phones!
So why ain’t Nathan buss’? You really wanna know? Well here I am (1 week after the barber shop episode) ridin’ in Nathan’s SUV, seat belt pulled tight, ready to break it down. So brace yourself…. things are about to get DEEP!

Hot!: Was Omar your manager back then?
Nah, Omar became my manager after I recorded my first two songs. My uncle introduced me to him. And after he took over everything just went to the next level! We went to Ricky and Wayne (Full Crew) and it just clicked! The 1st song we recorded together was ‘Come Into Room’. (continue...)
